Multidisciplinary at heart.
I am a visual designer with a strong focus on information graphics and editorial layout/typography. I am fascinated by how humans perceive, understand and act upon information display in various forms. In my design process I am keen to find the right content and the appropriate visual aesthetics; not afraid to experiment – all, to engage and support the process of visual communication; to order, to simplify and design visual hierarchy.
I like to bring together the details with the bigger picture. Everything human-made we touch, use or interface throughout our day has undergone a decision of concept, function, product and manufacture. I see the world around me with wide open eyes; with interest and curious questions. Where does it come from? What is its purpose? What does it mean? What can we do with it?
I love exploring the world and its cities, and collecting ideas, and practicing yoga and music.
